Just wondering what everyone thinks of Lou’s latest. Personally, I was disappointed with New Folk Implosion and am hesitant to buy the new one. I read a review on Delusions of Adequacy (http://www.adequacy.net/review.php?reviewid=5100) that peaked my interested though. Generally, I like most of Sebadoh’s stuff, a lot of Folk Implosions but am not really that into Lou’s lo-fi stuff. I figure our opinions are a little biased around here but that’s ok.

The new LB album for once isn’t lo-fi at all, I think it’s one of the best albums and most consistent he has ever made…

(…and his cover of RATT’s ‘Round-n-round’ is just…..beautiful…. )
