Under the Big Black Sun!!!! Raiders Advance! Here is hoping they pound Greasy Elvis (Jeff Turner) and the little gods of Tennessee next week. Sux bad Pittsburgh went down though, just the same, but at least I have a clear team to root for next week.

Eagles /Bucs, geez bring lots of bandages. I like the Eagles. Talentwise, Bucs have the better defense, but scheme-wise, I like the Eagles on both sides of the ball. Both teams have a plethora of offensive options, but under even money on D, Eagles have the consistency to win a good, good game with McNabb.

Eagles & Bucs should be wicked, no doubt more than a few will leave the game early…limping, bleeding, whining…sapp   :!:

I favour the Eagles on both sides of the ball as well, it’s the last game at the stadium in Philadelphia…and the weather will be really really cold

6-2 with my picks over the last two weeks

                Next week…Eagles & Raiders win big :!:

Heard some horrifying news, Mike Singletary is talking with detroit about being a defensive coach

the horror, the horror!!!!!!!!!! heart attack of a game, actually went to a stillers kegger at my friends house. it is shocking how many pixburgh fans there are in the dc area. bummer of a game, i like the eagles and titans next week, though. hey wireland, did you hear about that guy that got beat up at tom’s diner in dormont for being anti-steelers? drinking town with a football problem, indeed.

hehe, no LDD, i didn’t hear about the guy getting beat up, but that doesn’t really surprise me. i went to a stillers/browns game once and saw a guy get beat down for wearing browns colors, and he was on crutches BEFORE he got the hell beat out of him  . truly was a heartbreaker of a game, that secondary has been pretty suspect all season, so let’s hope we make a few changes there in the off season. my picks for the weekend: raiders/bucs, although my interest plummets once the ‘lers stop playing. at least Pitt hoops is doing well.

lol, after reading that i do remember hearing about it. can’t say i’ve ever been to tom’s diner (although that is a good song). think i’ll stick to the stillers safety zone of bloomfield bridge tavern and 31st st. pub. :D

couple of my good friends live in dormont, and tell me that tom’s dinner is fairly bad foodwise. i used to live in banksville, which is close. drinking town with a football problem indeed…

                            I’m ready for some football :!: :!: :!:

Still think its gonna be Eagles & Raiders in the superbowl, should be pretty pleasing games. No doubt bloody, nasty hits left & right, bad calls, freezing weather in Philly 8) lots of passing, great coaching…just no BEARS :(

Looking forward to mr blah blah blah sapp being all dejected & cold on the sidelines. Heard some bus tours in Tampa decided against making the trip because of the scary stadium & fans….gotta love
that 8) They finally won a game in the cold against The BEARS, but they couldn’t score a TD only fg’s

Just don’t think the Titans can win in Oakland, they got killed earlier in the season in a huge way. Sure they’re playing better now but just not good enuf. McNair should be on the pro bowl team thou, over Manning, no doubt about it :!:

So it’s go Eagles go  :? then go Raiders go

i’m still sticking with bucs/raiders. should be 2 great games though. allison, a writer for the pittsburgh post-gazette seems to think that kordell stewart would be a good fit for the bears, he’s not gonna be in the ‘burgh next season, that’s a given.

Definitely should be a couple great games

I still have a hate on for the bucs…old NFC Central rivals. A certain green & yellow team is 1st on my love to hate em list, bucs are a close 2nd

I’m not sold on Kordell, his name has come up more than a few times on some BEARS message boards…mostly in the No Way kinda way  Steeler fan MD I work with keeps telling me Kordell has issues with his mom…whatever that means :? A new qb won’t make any kind of difference if the HORROR OF ALL OFFENSIVE COORDINATORS john shoop remains with The BEARS :!: Now if Maruicci (sp :?: ) was to come on board as OC, well I’d take Kordell, I’d draft either Leftwich or Manning, keep Miller & look forward to a much better season

                                Allison 8)

I can see Qualcomm Stadium perfectly from my balcony. Already the parking lot is being filled with giant tents. They are going to be closing all the streets around here the day of the game. Raiders fans are savages. I’m not looking forward to this game. I don’t even like football.

Anybody want the Chargers? I hate this fucking team and I really hope they leave like they are threatening to. Due to moronic local politicians, the Chargers have a deal that if they don’t sell out each of their games, the CITY OF SAN DIEGO will reimburse them for all unsold tickets. TAXPAYER MONEY is being given to a team of trained monkeys because they suck so goddamn much that no one wants to watch them play. Now these pricks have the gall to make demands on a new stadium. AND they want the city to help pay for it. This comes at a time when California is billions of dollars in deficit, ass hole governor Gray Davis has just made extensive cuts to things like education, and the city has put a hiring freeze on all city jobs and threatens to lay off firemen, cops, and other integral city employees. In short, the Chargers, the Super Bowl, and the NFL can fuck off!. :x :x :x :x
