ugh………a hearbreaker for the STILLERS

). the penguins should have an interesting season this year…..i watched the season opener, and it’s strange seeing so many different names on the ice. as a bright note, the rookie goalie (fleury – no. 1 overall pick in the draft) played a stellar game in the season opening loss….word on the street here in the burgh is that he’s the next patrick roy. we’ll see.so far for the week, my coin flip method has worked out pretty well….i’m 8-4…..

I watched that game too, since it was against my Kings. Fleury was absolutely AMAZING
in net.. Trading up to get him was the wise choice. However, the rest of the team is BAD.. Only 11 shots against a depleted Kings defense. (Norstrom & Miller out, Gleason injured in the 2nd. )… Good luck watching them this year..

Unbelieveable. Simply crapping picking.. Hell, maybe I need to get a system together.. Some ping pong balls maybe?? Put the teams in a hat and draw… Hmmmm… How much do ping pong balls cost anyway?? May need to look at that..

I got lucky this week…11-3, Db went 9-5 for the week…showing it’s not all beginners luck
So far I’m 47-24
Our offensive coordinator shoop got kicked up to the booth to call the game on Sunday, didn’t help much…fingers crossed his next move is out the door
Urlacher won’t be fined for his rants about the refs, they put ten points on the board for NO
We didn’t deserve to win the game but…NO gets an offensive penalty, no time left, ref’s decide there was 1 second left so put it back & give NO’s another try at the field goal…they of course score 
Couple questionable pass interference calls on our rookie Tillman..incidental contact, ref’s picked up a flag giving NO’s a td… 
We still suck, Chicago @ Seattle next week…
from what little of saw of the game, it was atrocious… Luckily, I was able to flip back between the football game, baseball game, and various hockey games (Columbus v Vancouver, and Toronto v Washington.. Center Ice rules!!!!)
