:aliensmile:January 10, 2004 at 12:43 am #94251Tim Lewis, axed stillers def. cord. found work with the Giants, same gig. Her wasn’t that horrible, having two grossy overpaid corners didn’t help. But he jumped to quickly from 3-4 to dime and didn’t even use a nickle till this year. Bitzburgh has been drop into zone on thrid and long and let the qb pick the weak secondary apart. Linebackers are best part of the d and they need to be moving forward. I hope Mularkey, stiller off. cord. gets work elsewhere, they need so many changes. I was a Cowher supporter till this year. His ra ra skills are great but his game managment skillls leave much to be desired.
Free agent/ draft pick needs are rb ot cb, maybe qb, why oh why did they waste last years throwaway pick (third round i think) on Brian St. Pierre. If he ever suits up as stiller starting qb i’ll be eating crow till there’s hell in snow, time to go…
January 10, 2004 at 7:35 pm #94252Sweet Zombie Jesus…WHAT A GAME
:aliensmile:Carolina going to the NFC Championship game, beautiful pass for a TD in the beginning of the 2nd OT…game was 4 hours long

It’s gonna be really cold tonite in New England

Nick Saban used the BEARS as leverage to get more cash out of LSU…
We might be looking at the Patriots OC, hope they make up their mind at some point
January 11, 2004 at 8:16 pm #94253So, can someone here explain what Favre was thinking when he whirled and fired in OT, leading to the Eagle GW FG… :slap: :slap: :slap:
Wow..
So we have Carloina @ Philly, and Indy @ New England.
Hmmm, the AFC game, on paper, looks like the better game.

January 12, 2004 at 10:57 am #942584 – 0 for the weekend.. YES!!!!
As for the participants in the Super Bowl..
Patriots.
Eagles.
I think NE has too good of a defense for Indy. Especially IN New England.
And I am not sold on Carolina. Martz is a loser for not going for the win in the 4th quarter…
January 12, 2004 at 4:59 pm #94259Carolinas D looked pretty good on the w/e, I’m worried about the cold weather in New England but Peyton Manning seems to be on a mission

I wasn’t that impressed with philly, Mc Nabb played great though, they should thank brett favre for that pass that gave them the game

Loved that ending
Go Long Shots Go
January 13, 2004 at 7:43 am #94260Stats:
2-2 –> 147-85 –> 63.36 %Picks:
Philadelphia Eagles
Indianapolis ColtsJanuary 14, 2004 at 5:35 pm #94261Apaprently the new coach may be named tomorrow, either Russ Grim Steelers O line coach, Lovey Smith from The Rams or rumor is the mystery 3rd candidate is the OC of the vikings…

Personally I like Russ Grim, although I’d be pleased with any of the above. Grimm looks like a cross b/t Ditka & Andy Reid from philly

Gotta love this shirt…4th & 26
