I caught the Dinosaur Jr. show at Fuji Rock Festival in Japan and it was amazing. I’m a fan all over again. I had tapes years ago, but hadn’t thought about the music for a long time. My sister-in-law is a well-respected rocker here in Japan, and she and her friends were sweating like school kids when they saw J in the Prince hotel lobby… I guess folks with good taste everywhere in the world are Dinosaur Jr. fans…

i’ve always imagined dinosaur jr. and its incarnations were a hit in Japan, cause I know the Japnese know how to recognize an awesome guitar talent… here in america you dont even have to play to get recognition you just need tatoos… thanks heaven for japanese versions of the albums otherwise yus die hards wouldnt have another cd to order from our bands…
