if it has a rating of R or higher they make you do that to appease the prudes in the crowd as they would have torches at the door screaming about them pushing porn and violence on their children otherwise. One (more) click to rule them all.
eh – if you have an account on there you can subscribe to shows (like a dvr) and get a custom rss feed of those to feed into apps like boxee so it is not all bad
