So, I’m listening to Get Me (some of my favorite solos) and I’m thinking about the character in the song.
(half-joking font)
"I dont see you…is it me or is it all you?"
Apparently, there is some confusion about the source of the failure of the character’s last relationship.
"it’s so hard to seem excited"
The character is probably a little older, than this girl and he’s starting to have difficulties controlling certain parts of his body, the way that he used to. Maybe, she just doesnt quite do it for him, anymore.
"when it takes too long I lose it"
He tries to indulge her with extended foreplay, maybe she’s all into these role-playing fantasies or something, but it makes it difficult for him to sustain for that long.
"I’ll just hang…"
an obvious euphemism for impotance.
"…while you abuse it"
She’s going to try to manually re-stimulate him.
