People Worry about kids playing with guns, and teenagers watching violent videos; we are scared that some sort of culture of violence will take them over. Nobody worries about kids listening to thousands– literally thousands — of songs about broken hearts, and regection and pain and misery and loss. The unahppiest people I know, romantically speaking, are the ones who listen to pop music the most; and I don’t know whether pop music has caused this unhappiness, but I do know that they’ve been listening to sad songs longer than they’ve been living unhappy lives.

I always dream of meeting girls at the library, or a book store. Daydream that is, real dreams are too hard to meet people in. I’ve never met a girl in either place. I met a girl in a record store and it almost was cool. Bars are too confusing. First you don’t know wether or not to trust their words based on alcohol intake, then you end up questioning your own, if you are not already certian they are bullshitt.
So, I’d say the best place to meet someone is randomly.
