Hello fellow Freaks,

I’m wondering if anyone has a good vegetarian recipe for Thanksgiving dinner. I’m not too strict; I do eat dairy & (on special occasions) a bit of seafood. I want something low-prep, preferably not just made with ten pounds of tofu.

Last year I had to work, and my dinner consisted of canned stringbeans & instant mashed potatoes. Good, but not exactly a feast.

Even if you can post a link or two, that would help me out a lot.
