Golden Smog Covers Tarpit

Not sure what section to put this in but since it concerns a Dino cover song I guess here.
Golden Smog is a band of people from other bands like Dan Murphey from Soul Asylum and Gary Louris from The Jayhawks.They cover Tarpit on their new ep Blood On The Slacks:

Have`nt heard it yet but the AMG gave it a checkmark

I`ve heard it Murphy sings lead,Louris sings with him on the chorus.They bring out the twangy country feel,kinda like early `70s Stones or Faces.

Reminds me a lot of the best band of all time, too (by which I mean, the Byrds, of course!)
