      Hey, my sister just gave me an old Hammond tube organ. I plugged it in and it started smoking, dont know why, dont know if it still works or not, it really smells. It has about a billion tubes. Any ideas what to loko for? ANY help would be great…thanks.

        Hi!

        I think that organ is worth alot. Not sure, but here in Norway a real Hammond organ may cost you 2000$ <img>

        are there any words on the organ?

          I dont really know, I havent got it yet. What should I look for? On the front, it just says Hammond, thats it. It has a plate on the back of it, but I havent really seen what all it says…it was made Chicago IL. ??? Theyre going to take it to my band room so ill probablly never really get to play it untill I move out (!!!!!!).
