…Aqua Teen Hunger Force. Man good tv is so hard to find, i don’t know if this is good tv, but it is entertaining if you like off-beat stuff. Cartoons are so good when they are crazyfunnyoutthereish…
September 10, 2005 at 8:34 am #92371Watched a Hungarian film called Kontroll recently, highly recommend checking it out…cool underground action…
September 11, 2005 at 2:49 pm #92372I just watched the Chicago BEARS lose to Washington 9-7…

Rookie qb took some hits & didn’t break, made some good plays, conservative play calling was annoying to say the least! Offensive line much improved this year, don’t think I’ll ever get past the 3 false start penalties in a row though…wthwta

Defense played ok in the 1st half, contained Portis…but the 2nd half they ran all over us.Hope to see better playing on both sides of the ball next week versus Detroit in Chicago.
Vikings & Packers lost…

Detroit leads the NFC North…go figureÂ
September 11, 2005 at 3:04 pm #92373the NINERS kick ass on the steenkee Rams-yay
September 12, 2005 at 9:25 am #92374…I actually got to watch a bit of da Bears, commercials during the Stillers blow-out win over the titans. Orton seemed to play well a bit, but eye saw a fumble that looked bad but he pounced on it with some poise. Big Ben played perfect to silence the sophmore slump nay-sayers for a week at least. My man Willie Parker stole the show and maybe Bus and Staley’s playing time…
go Stillers go!
oh Ike Taylor got the start at Cornerback over tired old Willie Williams, which says so much about the teams ability to improve even if it means hurting veterans feelings, sorry Willie but you couldn’t tackle me these days, i hate being mean but i was so worried about him and when i saw Ike out there i was too happy for being sober…
September 12, 2005 at 11:20 am #92375Gotta love Big Ben silencing all the critics, you guys look good !!!
That fumble was awful, think he just banged the ball on his knee & dropped it, good news is he just fell on it versus trying to pick it up and run with it. I expected some mistakes from him, think he handeled himself well given the circumstances, hoping he’s able to put together a more aggressive game next week…we have to beat Detroit in CHICAGO!!!
Some BEAR fans are giving up already, god, not sure what they expected with a rookie qb in his first game…they all can’t perform like Big BenÂ

The Packers looked really bad yesterday, that’s at least something positive from yesterday…

Stanners a 49ers fan, kicked the rams around thats for sure…
September 18, 2005 at 5:59 am #92376Gummo.
I am. Not sure what to say.
September 18, 2005 at 3:47 pm #92377Just watched the Mighty Chicago BEARS play a wicked game against Detroit, 38-6 win!!!
All kinds of good plays today by our rookie qb, lots of bombs, Thomas Jones had some great runs today, our D got 5 ints, couple run back in for td’s. Urlacher alone had a couple sacks, minimal penalties compared to last weeks breakdown. Mike Brown will get fined for that helmet to helmet hit, knocked the guy out of the game.Â
Packers and Vikings lost, both start the season 0-2…

Next up Cleveland @ Chicago
September 18, 2005 at 8:22 pm #92378i’ve watched Gummo and am not sure what to say either, i have a friend who’s favorite pastime is showing that film to unsuspecting viewers and laughing at the odd results. A clip from it made it into the hip-hop version of Scarface, Belly. Even DMX, lead in Belly, found his way to Gummo.
I actually didn’t watch the Stillers, radio randomness for me, but they sounded good and the highlights were fun as were da Bears highlights in a serious blow-out victory. Football in general looks good these days, such an escape. Watched a bit of the raiders tonight, bet Bears fans are glad to see Randy Moss in a new uniform. The nfc north looks wide open; the afc north seems uncertian, can’t believe ravens are 0-2.
Stillers got new england at home, 4:15 pm est next sunday, should be out of control…
go stillers go
September 28, 2005 at 2:44 pm #92379Luckily I didn’t get the chance to watch the not so mighty BEARS lose big on Sunday…
Did watch a very pleasing documentary recently, called Investigations into the Invisible world
Shot in Iceland, people talk candidly about their belief in all things invisible…ghosts, trolls, elves, faries, monsters in lakes aliens. Definitely recommend the show, love the way they shot the film…heres a brief review
Enquete sur le Monde Invisible
a k a Investigation Into The Invisible World
2002 – Belgium/France/Italy – Mythology/SociologyType: Documentary
Distributor: Mars Films
Rating: NR
Running Time: 87 minutes
Directed by: Jean-Michel RouxPLOT DESCRIPTION
French filmmaker Jean-Michel Roux directs the supernatural documentary Investigation Into the Invisible World, an exploration of fantasy beings specific to Icelandic folklore. Various Icelandic folk give their commentary on the possibility that fairies, elves, and other magical creatures are lurking about. Road commissioners, police officers, and fisherman are just a few of the unlikely believers. Roux employs several means of cinematic manipulation to create the right atmosphere for the topic. Norwegian house DJ Biosphere and international electronic musician Hector Zazou provide the soundtrack supervision. Investigation Into the Invisible World was shown at the 2003 Karlovy Vary Film Festival. ~ Andrea LeVasseur, All Movie GuideSeptember 28, 2005 at 4:18 pm #92380i just watched a show about iceland myself.. it was that anthony bourdain show on food network.. i guess he’s some crazy chef that travels to off the beaten path places and finds the wierdest food there… i guess the main dellicacy in iceland is sharkmeat that you ferment in lye for 6 months… they eat it everywhere there i guess… anyways iceland is cool, the food takes some getting used to i imagine….
October 2, 2005 at 1:00 am #92381…it’s hard to type about painful loses but i did watch the Stillers lose to New England and that is what happened. It was only week three so hopefully things don’t get de-railed too soon. Off until next monday night in San Diego. However on a bright note, today i watched the Penn State Nittnay Lion’s improve their record to 5-0 with a crushing victory over 2 and a half point favorite Minnesota…
Fight on State
go Stillers go
October 4, 2005 at 1:43 pm #92382…a double feature, In Good Company and Mean Girls. In Good Company featured that kid from that 70’s show and that girl from Lost in Translation, it was cool to see dynamics of getting old and not noticing so much and being young but having to be old and stuff like that, getting old is part of the game so we all must get used to it but i like pretending to be young too darn much. I guess it was alright but no knockout viewing sensation, which is about where Mean Girls fell. It was almost a clone of Heathers without all the killing, but close nevertheless. At times it felt like a bunch of Saturday Night Live sketches strung together but being Tina Fey, head writer of SNL, wrote it that’s what you get, moments were so good and some so bad so if you dig high school moives it’s probably worth a spin…
October 9, 2005 at 11:58 am #92383Watched a bizarro Bruce Campbell movie recently…
I love most of his stuff, Evil Dead movies, Bubba Ho Tep, but this one was a bit much. Great story, lots of opportunity for a real fun time, but they went way over the top on the campy crap, killed the movie for me…

Oh well, now it’s time to watch some BEARS football, BEARS vs Cleveland
Go BEARS Go
October 12, 2005 at 12:41 am #92384…I actually got to watch the Bears, they freakin’ had it and then it all fell apart, to sad for words, the browns are no good suckers, the nfc north seems within reach though; in other news the Stillers snuck out of san diego with a victory, crazy hard fought game, glad to see the Bus out of the garage and rolling over wouldbe tacklers…
