hi everyone!
Great site….good to see that some people have good taste in music. J is, in my opinion, the last of the solo gods. I have seen Dino a couple times and the Fog once in Toronto. Just wondering will the J be coming to Toronto Canada anytime soon? Hope so.
See ya later aligators

February 23, 2003 at 3:58 am #91647Hi, Muddy
Welcome to the board
February 23, 2003 at 4:13 am #91648hi… thanks for the welcome…just finishing off my last beer its 5:02am over here in cold cold toronto (and yes i’d rather englands grey and rainy weather over the weather in Toronto…it’s probally 7 C there right?…its -7 C here…ok, i’ll stop complaining now..) …….anyhow I was getting a little sentimental listening to Dino and thought I’d look up some info on J. I have been curious as to what he has been up to so…. Well, it is good to see that he is still appreciated and hopefully will continue to put great music out. I am acutally moving to good ole Dublin this August hopefully J comes by Toronto or Dublin in the next year….
may the force be with you expect nothing

February 23, 2003 at 4:44 am #91651hey Muddy, welcome here!

it’s definitely worth to check out J’s recent works
Or you’d maybe like to listen to a gig out of the J & the Fog tour in Feb. 03?
You can download it, when you register on the FreeSoFree.net BBS – then you get access to the mp3 part of the site. Check out the Charlottesville gig 2003!
They did No Bones, Out there, Sludgefeast, and some beautiful new tunes, too.
It’s amazing!
hope you’ll have lots of fun here!

February 23, 2003 at 7:57 am #91654Another big welcome to a cold Canadian, although -7c sounds pretty warm to me right now, +12 sounds about two months away…lucky so & so

Welcome to the site
Always cool to meet another Canadian J fan, I knew you were out there somewhere :aliensmile:Muchmusic/New Music show had a great interview with J + The Fog Feb 2001. Hope you were able to check it out, J was hilarious telling stories about GG Allin, Watt talked about his illness, George was cracking up all over the place. Best part was they had extended live shots from The Fog show along with a bit of an acoustic show J did for a Toronto radio station…although he complained about getting shocked from the mike during the song, J does not need shock treatment :slap:
Enjoy the site, lots of multimedia links, videos, shows, pics…and more for you check out
