I think the purpose of the game is more of a subtle naughtiness. Like if we were colleagues working the night shift at a furniture makers shop and I said "I don’t know if I can take all this wood." (of course referring to carrying an armload of lumber back to my work bench) when you chime in and say "That’s what she said!"
