And since you mentioned pineapple I just have to say that I love pineapple. I know this may sound weird but sometimes I like squeezing lime juice on it and sprinkling it with salt and chili powder. It’s like a disco party for your tastebuds.

Oh oh ! I love that ! And you’re probably not going to agree with this, but, sometimes I like to grate a small amount of cocoa on the pineapple, together with lime, chilli and salt.
That could be delicious. I haven’t decided yet. But mole is good and that combines chocolate and spices. Hmmm now my curiousity is peaked. I can always tell when that happens because I involuntarily stroke my chin in a thought provoking way.
