okay, it’s May now but I bought this stuff in April.

Spent a fair amount of money in the UK on cds, this is what I have to show for it:

the Zephyrs–When the Sky Comes Down it Comes Down on Your Head. Band from Edinburgh. Beautiful album, and that’s not a compliment I use lightly.

Shirley and Dolly Collins–Anthems in Eden

the Pastels–Up for a Bit with the Pastels. OOP in US.

              T. Rex–The Slider. Two disc version

Fairport Convention–Unhalfbricking. Already have it, but this is a remastered version with two bonus tracks (and it needed remastering).

Gorky’s Zygotic Mynci–20. Turns out you can get this here at a pretty decent price, but wtf.

Richard and Linda Thompson–I Want to See the Bright Lights Tonight. I consider this the big score since this album is OOP in the States and would cost like 40 bucks used. I got it for 11 pounds, which is about 16 or so USD.

All this stuff was 5 pounds, or 7.50 USD, and were at the big chains. I figure they are like cutouts or something. But it’s great stuff, a lot of which I should already have had.

              Wire–Chairs Missing
              My Bloody Valentine–Loveless
              The Jam–All Mod Cons
              Love–Forever Changes (remaster w/bonus tracks)
              Stiff Little Fingers–Inflammable Material (w/bonus)
              The Band–s/t (remaster w/bonus)
Super Furry Animals–Radiatior (apparently OOP in US???)
              Roxy Music–Siren (remastered)
Gang of Four–Entertainment! (only 5 pounds!!)

I`ve been thinking of getting Love`s Forever Changes with the bonus tracks, that`s a killer album 8)
