All u guys who live in the states are real lucky cause you’s have got some real talented guitar players(and muso’s in general) to go and check out on a regular basis(correct me if im wrong on that). If u want to see the real deal in guitar playing you gotta go out and see some good JAZZ; those players have really got their shit together. Being a bass player myself; listening to guys like Victor Wooten and Marcus Miller really opened my ears and made rock music real easy to play and learn. Getting to the piont, we all just listen to the same stuff all the time(jimi,j) and never really open our minds to different styles and sounds; if we did I bet the players mentioned above would’nt even get a mention!Think about it. i think when J is mentioned in the media they generally do hail him as an influential guitar player and certainly one of the best in recent years (maybe late-80s early 90s mostly).

but i think he would still be my favourite, and i dont think the media would be unjust in hailing him as one of the greatest, cos in my opinion he is.

Well yeah, OF COURSE that’s what it is. I’m just wondering why people consider it an insult to be called that. I mean, in theory, half the world’s population like them, and the other half have them, so I don’t see why it’s an insult. Anyway, sorry I’ve upset you again.

So you thought I was messing with you, trying to freak you out… …hehe. I was pretty shocked the 1st time I heard about Bob Mould writing for the WCW as well, I don’t think it lasted all that long though. Should be an interesting show, I will let you know if anything big happens.

Holiday to nowhere,hmm any type of holiday is a good one!! I start mine Monday am at 0730..not that I’m counting or anything .
