So I’m standing in line at EARTHFARE and I see a copy of Relix magazine with "Southern bound" (or something like that) with Widespread and Drive-by Truckers etc… I open it up and low and behold I see a photograph of J Mascis and Dave Schools, WOW, I can’t believe it, most of the article (the first half) seems to be from Dave’s perspective and the writer has a few good things to say about J and the show he attended.
One of my favorite lines was "this club mostly has run-of-the mill type of stuff but tonight there is something special going on (J Mascis and the Fog)" this guy liked the show but said his ears felt like they were bleeding. I think this writer doesn’t have a lot of experience with seeing J live because he ends it by saying something like "Mascis pulled out a gem with "The Wagon" Dude, like that gem stays out.

      VERY COOL 8)

All three shows I’ve been too here in Athens, it seems like people are always yelling "The Wagon J, The Wagon"…

I think he has a lot better songs and my favorite to hear personally is Thumb. I think that is J’s hands down best song. I know this is my opinion but I just feel like he has a lot more songs better then The Wagon, its actually one of my least favs.

        Is it just me?
