I bought this at the Philly show last night. Very interesting. Six songs with J and other people singing about amma and chanting with tabla drums and flute, etc and one metal song. It is definately a departure.

I can scan it but I don’t know how to upload it. Its just the picture of J’s face croped from the press pic with J sitting outside with his guitar from More Light I think. There are 6 songs.

Who is Amma? I have an idea, but no one ever really gives a straight answer.

She will be in NYC this weekend, I may go see her. I saw her last year, and J and Louisa were there. I wonder if J might make it back from Toronto on time to see her.

Does J. actually view this person as his religious leader or does he just view them as an inspiration figure (i.e. like many people do with Ghandi)? Not that it makes a difference – just wondering.

She doe not perscribe to any particular religion. He does however view her as a spiritual figure.

I went to see Amma last night. They had the cds there. The guy selling them went to central park I think, and LA. He said Lou came to meet Amma in LA. Anyway I have it and really think that someone should ask J. I am all for free music, but also don’t mind spending money on music I love, but this cd is for Amma’s charities. So I would think J would appreciate if people learn more about Amma, and it is all about Love so I don’t think he would be upset if people enjoyed listening to the albums if they can’t afford to buy it, but if they can donate it would be nice. And if you just want to steal it to listen to songs about the difficulties being a human and opening yourself up to divine love. than maybe you would greatly benifit from it. In short I guess I don’t want to upload it without permission.

that is exactly why i wanna hear it. i dont wanna steal anything. maybe they’ll have it on amma’s sight soon? i hope. :)
