yeah. i wish i was there for that.
the cville show was nice and small. very intimate setting. J just walked out after he was done. much different than seeing him at the old Ritz in NYC many many years ago. HUGE. or at NYC Irving Plaza.
as the soundguy said to me after the show in c’ville when he noticed all the kids trying to regain hearing ability by shaking their heads, "they’re lucky J didn;t have his 3 other stacks with him tonight"
I;ve been at those shows before.I also saw him once solo acoustic, with Mike Johnson opening. that was a small NYC affair a while back and incredible as well. Well what can J do wrong in my book? i cant think of anything.
