J’s pickups.

In the sleeve notes to Beyond there is a thank you to Seymour Duncan. Does anyone know if J uses Seymour Duncan pickups in his Jazzmaster and if so which particular model?

Also, while i’m here does anyone know what particular gauge strings J uses?

i think maybe the tele he uses on the album might have a seymour in the neck position but im not sure.

I think I read somewhere, from Jcows, that he used GHS boomers, heavy gauge.

I thought he used Dean Markley? the old post in the link above cited it from an interview. I’ve seen that one as well, but I think it was from 93…
