You should toss a coin!
Did you know that in Scotland they don’t have coins so they have to toss cabers whenever they have to make a decision.
True story.
April 14, 2010 at 3:26 pm #73649OK, this is too serious a question to be decided by logic or informed decisions. Coin toss it is.
I had no idea ! I really like how you educate me, girl

What I do know though, is that scottish mountaineers will say Robert, it’s not that I’m drunk, but could you just make sure I pull down my pants before I take a leak ?April 14, 2010 at 6:48 pm #73650My plethora of worldly knowledge should be rewarded by you saying that in an accent resulting in if a Norwegian accent and a Scottish accent had a baby and then you called that baby Scorwegian.

get ready to reap the fruits of your success.April 15, 2010 at 3:58 pm #73652Oh my, I see that Best Coast is playing Primavera and I now think you should go to that so I can live vicariously through you.
1. To see them
2. To visit ladies of the evening.Queen Lettuce Panties has spoken!
April 15, 2010 at 4:05 pm #73653One of the first things I learned in school was to obey the girl with undergarments fashioned from lettuce, so as of now I’m leaning heavily towards Primavera. Ah yes, my ladies of the evening.

Cabagehead "Oh so you like lettuce ayy… Well then have I got something for you."
April 21, 2010 at 10:01 am #73655If I married Bruce McCulloch when he palys CabageHead, then together we would rule the world. And the salad, coleslaw industry.

cakemusic.comMay 20, 2010 at 11:00 am #73657I should’ve seen Greg Oblivian yesterday, but mother nature kept me hostage, so I missed out on that one. Tomorrow I’m going to see The Almighty Defenders and I’m really looking forward to finding out how Black Lips + King Khan + BBQ combined into one jangly, soulful garage explosion will turn out.
Next thursday I’m going to be screaming for more garage extravaganza as the Cynics blast it out. Friday is of course Dino/Built To Spill night. Then on saturday and sunday there’s literally a ton of bands playing, so that should be good fun as well. Oh, and I’m considering going to Sweden to see Best Coast at the start of next week.May 22, 2010 at 3:53 pm #73658"Robert" wrote:Tomorrow I’m going to see The Almighty Defenders and I’m really looking forward to finding out how Black Lips + King Khan + BBQ combined into one jangly, soulful garage explosion will turn out.Ohhhhhh, that’s who you saw. I heard noise and some mumbling and then "I need to get more rum"

And if you see Best Coast I will be so jealous. Especially if she sings Feeling of Love.
Oh my how I hearts them so. They do a cover of That’s The Way Boys Are and it is so completely perfect. So much so that it would be criminal if you didn’t go see them.May 23, 2010 at 3:58 am #73659"girl" wrote:Ohhhhhh, that’s who you saw. You’re welcome.
Boy howdy, was that ever an explosion of a night ! First up were King Khan and BBQ Show and I’m sad that I didn’t bring a camera to capture it, but some of the time it looked a lot like this

and it sounded absolutely marvelous. And let me tell you, King Khan can really put on some sensous moves in that dress. And even though Black Lips is an astonishingly good band, it was a bit of a let down after the King Khan & BBQ set. Which was probably good because it gave us a breather before they all teamed up, dressed in vicar’s robes and went into overdrive. My heart is still dancing.
June 25, 2010 at 6:31 am #73660For the Funtastic Dracula festival in october ! Perhaps the best garage rock festival known to man. And it’s in Spain, so I’ll be able to escape the norwegian temperature for a little while. Bonus !
Did I mention that it takes place in a bonafide UFO ?! It totally does !

June 25, 2010 at 12:37 pm #73662That is supremely awesome to the twelvtyth power!
The last concert I went to was a elementary school rendition of 101 dalmations. And yes, it was as incredible as it sounds.
Oh! Oh! Oh! But next month in lovely Vermont, Edward Sharpe & the Magnetic Zeros and Of Montreal are playing!
Oh my, and Yo Gabba Gabba is coming here in September. I might have to get tickets for that.
