the bad news: missing j in dc to go to new york to visit my lil sister
the GOOD news: just bought tickets for sleater-kinney for next weekend at the roseland in new york city. my sister is clueless on the sk, so maybe i can make another convert. YAY!!!

Good luck on the SK conversion I played some SK for my sister once,she said Corin has a cool voice though I think she rather listen to Bon Jovi

King Kong should be fun,Ethan Buckler got a caveman type voice like Calvin Johnson;how he ever was in Slint is really odd I think the drummer might be Rick Rizzo from Eleventh Dream Day`s brother,but I`m not sure

Anyone heard about this upcoming 2 day show in Cali. like sometime in April? It’s like $150 but I heard Beastie Boys, White Stripes, Rage, G-Love, Sonic Youth, and a bunch of other sweet ass bands are supposed to be there. If you know anything about this, please pass on a link.

Frank Black is even doing some Canadian shows, changed venues here to accomodate a larger crowd…shame cause the original place has such a cool selection of beer :aliensmile:
