I’m home all day baking for the holidays…………..baklava………….needs several days to ripen in the pan. I would like to stream this for a while and listen to different things but
……….I still don’t get it.I do like a few things;
1. Jerimiah is listed as "the leader" does it get any better for Leos. Natural born leaders!
2. Did Anthony cut his hair……………looks cute!
3. Tonasaur…..perhaps we should all become "saurs"
but outside of these things I can’t/don’t hear any Dinosaur Jr./Mascis nothing.
I pressed play group radio, the tab above "our leader" but I’m getting music but you know….
What am I doing wrong, heck, I wouldn’t mind hearing Green Mind one hundred times today while stuck in the kitchen………..I don’t understand the chart thing either…………like who has listened the most and which group/band is in the lead……………..I don’t get it……………Does anyone????
Of course I have yet to go to "help" that would take too much effort right.

To me, I don’t really see last.fm as a ‘listening to music’ type of website. I could be wrong though. From what I’ve seen, they only give you previews of select tunes, and once in awhile I see a ‘free’ tune to listen to. I recommend The Clash to the Dino group a lot, so if you are logged in, and hit ‘play recommendations’ does it play The Clash?
Annastefka… When you listen to music on your computer, it sends what you’re playing to last.fm. It doesn’t send the actual song to last.fm, but it sends the Artist Name and Track Name. Then it builds charts of the top music you listen too. All of the music you see listed under my name are songs that I play on my computer. MP3 files or FLAC files or whatever. Last.fm just compiles all of my information, and makes it look cool. Then people who play the same stuff as you start popping up in your ‘neighbors’ box. I love that website, and it’s cool to see what you guys are listening too.

I just played the recommendations radio thing on my user page and it played Lemonheads and Neil Young so that must not work properly.
What I do is click on the track name of a song I want to recommend from my ‘last played’ list.
It takes you to the Band > Song Name web page which has a ‘recommend this song’ button on it. (top left corner)
Then you type in who you want to recommend the song too, one person, entire group…When there are a lot of recommendations, there’s this thing called ‘the recommended radio’, but I haven’t seen it work yet.

yeah, well, my children share the same computer as myself so that means that 12 girl band as well as the little mermaid song sung by Raven Simone, the spice girls lets see what else Shakira, my oldest daughter has recently gotten into Ben Harper she plays the heck out of "waiting on an angel" so she can learn the guitar part………………Oh, this is great, I can’t wait to see who shows up in my "neighbors" box.

I just wanted to hear some J Mascis or Dinosaur Jr along mixed in with the other stuff………..I’m hearing a lot of other stuff but so far NO Mascis/Dinosaur Jr.Yep, looked like a hair cut………..have you ever done the braid down the back……….or is that a little too, Native American?
Oh, my Gosh, I just logged in………..oh my freaking gosh………..not one of those songs are mine………..because I play most of my music with CD. I don’t keep much music in the computer.
It has Peguin cafe, that would be the youngest daughter.

I’m glad I’m married because this would have been a social nightmare if I was young.
because so many young people in my house share the computers how can I keep their music off of my name.Beth Orten, Shaggy, I don’t even know these people! Heck I can’t even claim the Neil Young, I have not put any Neil Young into the computer, must be someone else.
So I guess I need to put a crap load of my music into the computer and play it all of the time to try and correct this nightmare.
Then again……………
