White Stripes are on Letterman tonite, not sure if its a repeat or not but should be cool either way.

Thanks for the tip on Paul Westerbergs new deal DFK, hopefully its better than some of his solo stuff. I heard the rumor about pirner and stinson as well…not bad

Every monday night just before midnight on Dutch TV (channel 3): Lola de Musica, 45 minutes, one artist. Tonight a feature about the Handsome Family, they also have an excellent website with lots of information about the upcoming shows and the featured artists

Just caught a clip of The Ramones getting inducted into the hall of fame deal…Dee Dee was looking pretty sharp

Great line by Dee Dee…"I want to thank myself, I want to congratulate myself, I want to give myself a pat on the back" or something like that…too cool

              On last night’s ‘Osterrocknacht’:

I saw a part of Heather Nova’s gig live, but there’s only a limited amount of Heather Nova den Buck can take when he returns from a night at the local pub….

Videotaped the rest, and saw some of it tonight:

Jimmy Eat World: great energetic set, loved them!

Jon Spencer Blues Explosion: great as always, fine new stuff as well: looking forward to their gig at the Paradiso in two weeks time!!!

Finally a late nite thrill worth mentioning…

The Strokes are on Letterman tonite, set those vcr’s

It sure would be sweet if The Hellacopters ended up doing Letterman when they play in NY. That would almost be as good as J doing the show again

Just a reminder as per DFK’s earlier post, Paul Westerberg on Letterman tonite. Definitely with Den Buck, like his new stuff much better than previous releases. Strange thou caught a clip of Westerberg doing an acoustic song on headline news yesterday…YIKES

The International Noise Conspiracy on Craig Kilborn tonite…gotta love these guys!

I`d like to see the Tindersticks and Social D performances but alot of the others are but it is cool that German TV would run a ton of live perfomances like that,it would`nt happen in Canada.
