I"M SOOO TIRED.
went to bed at 9:30 and woke up at 11:40………..in my pj’s jumped into car and zoomed 5 minutes down the road to friends house. I was sure I missed them. Turned on the tv in time to watch the guy who sounds like other people…….the top ten, I knew I had missed them but now I was awake so I decided to keep watching the Spider man girl………and then lo and behold, I hadn’t missed a thing.
but then I couldn’t get back to sleep, 6 o’clock came to fast for me.
It sounded good but I was wondering, was that like the second time they’ve played that song all the way through together. It is a possibility.

Had a small laugh with the "top ten reasons why you’re newspaper might be going under…" and then getting through the guests (which was fine) and the mass of commercials (which was not) wondering why I haven’t quit this f job for the 4th time in a row… and then… here they are. It sounded terrible at first, but they regrouped (too short but sweet)
Then I woke up getting all Alec Baldwin on my cat’s ass. Meow, meow ! Shut up! Stop peeing on the bathroom floor! I’ve fed you, I’ve loved you for five minutes, now let me get back to my breakfast and Beyond!

It’s funny — I’ve been grousing about the relatively bass-less mix on Beyond, and last night, except for the parts where J was soloing, all I heard was Lou’s bass! I imagine it sounded better and fuller if you were actually there at the performance.
And Kirsten Dunst is hot. I thought it was funny how clearly NOT into humping the Spiderman movie she is. But she’ll take the paycheck, of course.

But then I wonder what could have ticked him off so much–was she pushing his buttons or was this his normal speaking voice?
And I must admit, K.D. is hot. I like it when she said "I think this is the part where I’m imperiled…"

Plus, I think, there was one close-up of Murph (at the beginning) and one or two close ups of Lou.
May 1, 2007 at 9:42 am #127750guys, any chance of seeing this on youtube soon?
y’know, it’s like being back in high school again: always being picked last for the football teams and always feeling left out of the good company…

edit: i guess it’ll be up on freesofree in a bit!!
May 1, 2007 at 11:39 am #127751Just to give a heads-up, that as of right now, no one has come forward with a recorded video from last night for freesofree.net
If you have the video, email webmeister@freesofree.net and it will go online.

I have it on my TiVO. I can prolly get it copied off of there over the weekend. I’ll try and get some friends’ help w/ the encoding as last time I did that for the Rollins show it ended up with either a 30MB file or a 300MB file.
May 1, 2007 at 12:46 pm #127754same here – I’ll see what I can do over the next night or two

May 1, 2007 at 1:01 pm #127757Its not up on the cbs site. They just have a recap of the show. I didnt get out of work til midnight so i missed it.
May 1, 2007 at 1:31 pm #127758i taped it but it aint that high qual. so somebody else will prolly get yall a better one.
i liked the performance and it suprised me when they busted out "almost ready" cause i kinda assumed they were gonna play "been there all the time". lous bass was definetely roaring, i liked that and j’s solos were rippin’ be nice if they played a later late night show and did "back to your heart" sometime.
