I’m going to party tonight at the Apple store and get my copy of Leopard. Anyone else stoked for this release?

The new finder is pretty dope. You can view files like Word documents, pictures, and video without having to open the application up. Its pretty slick. Time Machine is a cool application that backs up my entire computer and makes it super easy to locate and restore a file if need be. The Stacks feature lets me view documents or downloads from my desktop without having to use the finder. And spaces is cool because I can view all open applications in their own window on my desktop at the same time. The whole thing is pretty slick.

Mostly at work, at home I just surf the web, and record stuff. I plan on using my home computer a lot more as I get more familiar with the Mac. I’ve only had it about 9 months.

this is great news … mu husband and i were thinking about getting leopard, and it sounds like it’s worth it …

this might be a stupid question but will the ms office software that we currently use with tiger still work with leopard or will we need to buy new software?

Word Powerpoint and Excel still work fine on my machine. I would imagine they will work great on yours too.
