"the name of this band is Talkingheads" on cd would be nce too. It’s a great live double-album that shows the band starting in 77 (shy) until 81.

One of my all-time favourite albums, it was reissued on cd on the Belgian Crepuscule label a couple of years ago, and that reissue just included EVERYTHING they have ever recorded, that could learn Rhino something…….. (I don’t know if that reissue is still available)

I recently bought (for a very nice price):
Del Fuegos – The best of… the Slash years
This 21 track cd includes 8 of the 10 ‘Boston, Mass.’ tracks….. Great band by the way…..

I’m still hoping for a cd-reissue of Warren Zevon’s live album ‘Stand in the fire’, my vinyl copy is beginning to show holes….. [img]images/smiles/icon_smile.gif[/img]

Heading south in July to check out Grant Hart twice in one day, and Bob Mould for free <img> <img> so will be hitting some very cool record stores. Hope to pick up tons by Scarce, Versus, Eleventh Dream Day, Spinanes, Freeheat, Lazycame…to name a few <img>

Janet from Eleventh Dream Day/Freakwater,her new band,which makes me wonder whether they`ll be anymore Eleventh Dream Day or Freakwater albums or gigs <img> but it should be cool when this album comes out <img> Freakwater are playing one gig in July,the other half of FW,Catherine Irwin, has a solo album coming out soon too,no release date set yet.

My long term CD Wish list is in Excel format, ever since my car (12/2000 (Merry Friggin Xmas <img> )) was broken in to and all they took were the cd’s (72 of them).

Sebadoh was in there
Dinosaur Jr. was in there
Bad Religion

etc. etc. etc.. Of course, when I look for CD’s I forget the list, so it is doing me no good <img>

Maybe I will finish replacing them by the end of the year….

Good luck replacing all those sounds, that had to hurt!!!

Fingers crossed a new J release is available in the fall, looking forward to that in a huge way. Also being released in the fall a new Hellacopters disc, they already have 20 new songs:D

The new Flaming Lips songs are great. It’s nice to see a group that has been around as long as they have, still putting out excellent music.

I’d also like to purchase the Wipers box set. I’m sure the liner notes that were written by Greg are grreat.
