seriously, hes by far one of the most talented bass players out there. he’s solid and almost always uses a pick, and i think thats the only way to play cuz in other bands n shit u cant even hear the bass cuz they just lightly strike the strings with their fingers. I get a tingly feeling when Kracked has lou maintaining his bass lines so well. Its great. Hes great.

(he needs to put a shirt on)Right. Plus Lou STRUMS his bass a lot and usually pics and hits the strings near the bass’ neck instead of playing near the bridge (playing near the neck not only sounds better but also LOOKS much better !)

Robbie Shakespeare, Flabba Holt, Jah Wobble, Bill Laswell, and a thousand others would beg to differ with you. Their finger-plucked bass sounds will turn your insides to mush.
