A year ago at the annual Pinkpop festival here in Holland, Sebadoh played, and Lou came into the radiostudio and played an amazing version of Cold as ice (I don’t know if this is the right title, but you know what I mean). I was wondering if anyone recorded this or maybe some other time when he played it.
I’d really like to hear it again.I have a version of this recorded for XFM in London given away free on a CD with Select magazine here in the UK a couple of years ago.
Beautiful song even if it was originally recorded by Foreigner. Same CD also has an acoustiv version of Hold on Hope by Guided by Voices and Flaming Lips doin Waiting for Superman on piano only.
Definitely worth getting hold of if you can….
