good for you that you’re getting into running … i used to run as well, but not anymore b/c my joints are all messed up + none of my doctors have been able to figure out why :| … so now i go swimming 3 x a week … sadly you can’t swim w/a walkman on … maybe they could invent an aquaman or something ? …

we usually go swimming just before closing around 9 or 9.30 + b/c the kids working there are cleaning up they sometimes put on some music to clean to … but it’s usually uk garage or michael jackson’s greatest hits … :!: , but if it was jesus lizard or L7 or something more like that, i’d just tear up the lane !

I’ve tried biking with earbuds, but I get too nervous, since I’m on the curb most of the time. Bikers around here are by and large a pushy inconsiderate "be impressed I’m in spandex" lot. And drivers are generally fresh from the city or too young to be smart.

I don’t do the outside thing, weather here is to unstable so I have a mini gym indoors @ home.

Ramones & The Mighty Hellacopters playlist coming soon
