November 15, 2007 at 3:14 pm #132526thats pretty righteous, but no where near me. is there really a new album? i don’t want to get my hopes to high but sounds great.
November 16, 2007 at 10:39 am #132527I’m so excited they are back! I bet late next year they will tour the states! I watched an interview with Kevin Shields and he said there for sure is going to be a new MBV album by this year.

^^^^^^Great new interview w/ Kevin^^^^^^^November 17, 2007 at 1:22 pm #132528I hope they tour together like they did back in 92. It could be called the "are you deaf yet" tour. *crosses fingers*

here’s the new kevin shields interview
November 18, 2007 at 1:11 pm #132531I was waiting to get tickets at 9am on friday but the websites were down and by the time they sorted themselves out all the tickets were gone. So I was very stressed but luckily i managed to get 4 tickets for the other manchester show and 2 for the sunday one in london. I think they will have to add even more shows because it’s ridiculous how quickly these sold out.

December 9, 2007 at 2:24 am #132534After hearing the new Bob Mould album one can only PRAY TO GOD that Husker Du reform…. Why Bob Why?!!
December 9, 2007 at 8:54 pm #132535A Husker Du reunion would suck. Grant and Greg hate Bob; Bob hates Grant; Bob’s guitar playing isn’t the unbridled storm it once was; and Grant likely isn’t in any kind of shape to pull off the frantic drumming and singing anymore. I was lucky enough to have seen the Huskers and they were every bit as amazing as you’d imagine they’d be. It’d be a real shame for them to go out and play lame shows now.
I saw a recent interview with Grant where he said that there will definitely be a Husker Du reunion……….in federal court.

It’s a 19 year excitement. And counting.
