hi everybody,

just wanted to say it’s cool J. set up this web, I at last have a way to express my disappointment!

I just mean I’d like J to come to europe more often, I saw him once at the festival "la route du rock" in france, a small festival, that lasted 4 days,

Everyday there was something like 5000 people here, and the day J came the festival was sooooo crowded, 15000 people came here this day just for him, he started the concert with "the lung", everybody went mad and started to pogo, I had my pelvis crushed against the front fence (I was directly facing the stage) but that was the best concert ever.

I’m tired of that neo metal stuff ( never liked it, I prefer love songs and melody) they’re the only american bands touring in europe now, except for the garage rock’n roll revival stuff,

so J, when will you be coming back to give us some sound here in europe? I know the trip’s not easy, but there are still fans here, how about a date at the "Bataclan" in paris or in toulouse? you can stay at my place if you want

btw, I saw the documentary "DIY or Die" in toulouse, france yesterday, Michael Dean was here with us, it was cool to see your face on TV.

or to be honest another freakscener is borrowing it at the time.

How cool is that !

you should be able to see my face on that tape then! I was with a pal of mine with a huuuuuge nose, he’s really easy to spot! And I’m the one that looks dumb. would be good fun to watch that video again, great memories!

But I think the atlantic’s against me in this affair… too bad.

I strogly second your request to give us Europeans the chance to see more J Mascis or J & the Fog shows!!!

I can’t believed I totally missed this web site, how long has it been up for?
I’ve been listening to Dinosaur JR, Sebadoh, Sonic Youth, The Pixies etc. for more than ten years now, and I only came across this place yesterday. shame on me!

Been listening to Dinosaur jr./Mascis for more than ten years and I still hadn’t any occasion to see him live…. Switzerland is really cool, we have more to offer than banks, cheese, cows & chocolate……..really
