Yep, it’s the B-52’s and it’s a great song, the other song using this quote is by Knarf Rellom, it’s called ‘Autobiographie einer Heizung’, and it tells the story of how he felt strangely out of place at all the gigs where you ‘had to have been there’ to be considered cool, it’s a very funny song (for a German… )
