need help with dsl modem

i recently got one of those easy setup dsl modems and might i add ive tried everything possible, from calling them up which made my computer crash thanks for the advice aol, to downloading things the problem is, the computer cant communicate with the modem any suggestions my fellow nerds

seems like I had similar problems to set up DSL, recently (besides a collapsed hard drive) <img>
My solution was to buy a new computer <img> – hope, you’ll find a cheaper way out <img>
But when I hear that certain ad next time, where they talk about how easy it is to set up DSL, I’ll start to scream <img>

lol i had the same problem with my moms cable modem, there not really so easy they make me really mad, i just may turn into the hulk please any nerd out there helllllp me

i don’t know much about dsl, but my cable modem was super easy to install, practically installed iself. you might wanna start by uninstalling AOHell–evil, evil, evil. are you behind a firewall?
