Here’s my best crack at it. I’m fairly confident about everything except the "it’s the pain, plan, blame" part. Can’t make out what he’s saying there.

Here they are in Japanese, hope it helps 🙂
I have them In english to in the booklet but there so wrong it’s funny at times (surprised J let’s them be printed wrong, although doubt he cares)
