Hi guys, didn’t have a clue about this website and have been A Jr fan since ’89. This looks like a pretty cool place.
Suffice to say that Mr Mascis was the reason I started playing guitar, a Les Paul copy being my first. Anyway just as an anecdote, my wife has never quite understood my fascination with Dinosaur Jr, but when we first started going out, the first birthday present she got me was a toy cow and gorilla. The same gorilla as the one in Greenmind, but not the same cow. It took her ages to find a good toy cow. Anyway, these 2 companions have always sat on my book shelf, with Gorilla always having his arm around Cow. I must be mad.
And also, my navy blue Dinosaur Jr green monster t-shirt is falling to pieces, but i can’t seem to be able to throw it away!
