      hi!

I’m planning to do two or three dino tunes live with my band on a jam session on a concert place in my city. I have picked out: little fury things, budge and blowing it/I live for that look . Do anyone have any other suggestions of songs we can do covers of? We might record this jam session on a minidisc so we can upload it if you’re interested in hearing it <img>

Dude, sounds good…..I dont know of any covers you can do, its hard enough finding covers I like to do for my band…but I would definately like to hear it. Were trying to get our stuff uploaded, and a copyright slapped on it.

Hmmmm… I don’t know about cover songs. "Start Choppin" is a really fun song to play. I occassionally do "Turnip Farm". I have that one completely down pat. I usually throw one Dino song and a Cure song into my sets. I tend to do Alone a lot, with that really long ass solo. That’s a lot of fun. Or, Freakscene is ALWAYS a favorite with the kids. But when all else fails I combined The Cure and Dino and do Just like Heaven (Dino Jr. version).

now my band has two gitarists. it sounds better in my mind playing the solo on the end of BLOWING IT/I LIVE FOR THAT LOOK when there’s more than just the bass and drums in the background.
I sometimes wish J had a extra guitarplayer on some of his live tunes, but hey that’s all right
