Dear everyone on FreakScene BBS,

Over the past four months, I’ve spent alot of time here and have come to enjoy the experience that is FreakScene. I came only to find out more about J. Mascis & The Fog’s current tour and see if anyone had bootlegged a show I’d been to a few nights before. Times change.

Over the past four months, I’ve made some ‘friends’ on here and have started some relationships with different people no the board. Many of you have taught me a great deal.

Thanks Salamiguy for his wonderful insights on, well, everything. Had it not been for Mattman, I’d prolly never have went to see Man Or Astroman a band I quite enjoyed. Kurticus reenforced my love for the Simpsons. Spaceboy helped me remember the greatness of the Pumpkins. Antipop, don’t even get me started on that guy. [img]images/smiles/converted/biggrin.gif[/img] And many more to numerous to mention: AGAP, Tom N, saturn9, etc.

Oh, and thanks to someguy named Jeremiah for putting the whole thing together. [img]images/smiles/converted/wink.gif[/img]

In short, I’ve taken much more away from the BBS then I’ve given back. That’s prolly not going to change any time soon, but thanks to you all for a great 4 months, and hopefully, at least 4 more. [img]images/smiles/converted/smile.gif[/img]

Yeah it`s been cool for me here too.
I`d like to thank all the freakscene homies for their comments,insights,outlooks on life,etc.

I haven’t been here very long but ELJ expressed in words a vibe I felt when coming to dis joint. Hope both that vibe and the gratitude continues. As Wesley Willis says, "I like you a lot in the mix……"
