That cure single isn’t limited and it’s $8 or $9 ! Think some people are jumping the gun a bit 🙂

** well it is limited, but in a way oil is, Not heavy blanket was.

I keep suggesting on things like heavy blanket or fuzz pedals/cassette box sets. ..just write the buyers name on it! That would keep price down a bit and resale..

I’ve priced around a little bit. Just Like Heaven is going for $7.00-$7.25 and the box set for $35.00-$38.00. Record stores appear to have limited copies of this stuff. The prices are pretty good. I was afraid the box set would go for around $60.00. At 5000 copies they may be around for a while. May even see a price drop, but I’m picking them up tomorrow.

Just got visitors off ebay for £10 more than than the rrp. Would have cost me £20 on the train to get to a record store..
The guy had 5 copies, he put them up another £20 once I got mine….
All done before the kettle clicked 🙂

It was a real record shop too..bricks and mortar. Which made me feel less guilty.

Having worked in record stores through school for 10 years, for me it’s like Christmas. Nice once a year! Still need to get sweetapple from tym or teepee though.

According to discorgs the cure/dino is limited to 6800 units. ..so that’s visitors 5000 and Sweetapple 300. Kind of wish there was a Witch 7″ too now ! 🙂

I picked up Side by Side and Visitors!!! I also couldn’t resist Jimmy Page and The Black Crowes at The Greek. There was a small line at the small town close by. I hear that the city (Baltimore, MD) would’ve been a madhouse. The people were nice to me though I let the 10 or so people in front of me know what I was looking for and they fished them out for me. The store only had one copy each. One guy was interested in Side by Side, but let me go ahead and get it. It was pretty cool.

I’m glad there we’re cool people out on RSD…
I love the boxset being listed as numbered 🙂
They all seem to be the same !
(I thought it was too when I saw the original pictures.)
Also all the people asking why the dino just like heaven is pressed wrong! It just stops…shouldn’t laugh, but I’d love to be there when someone takes it back to the store ! 🙂

I loved the essay ! I found it really insightful, well written and informative. Captured the artist but also a small window into (my)J’s perceived idiosyncrasies!

Just a few pages but the best thing I’ve read for a while !
