I believe the link is right.
There a three different versions up there.

28/56k: http://idirector.media.ibeam.com/netshow/rollingstone/8820/16421.asx

100k: http://idirector.media.ibeam.com/netshow/rollingstone/8820/16422.asx

300k: http://idirector.media.ibeam.com/netshow/rollingstone/8820/16423.asx

The 28/56k + 100k streams seem to be ok, the higher quality 300k one is faulty and stops at 1:53.
