Where have I been for the past week?
One of the following is true:
1-abducted by aliens(again)
2-kidnapped by terrorists
3-ran off with a supermodel
4-recruited by SD6 for spy operations but I really work for the CIA
5-fell in a sinkhole
6-travelled to Texas to become a bull rider
7-travelled to Vegas to become a lounge singer
8-on the 23rd at around 5 pm my internet and email went off,called the cable company the next day,they did`nt know what was wrong,everything looked ok on their end.It was also the day I went to the dentist,did`nt think he`d pull the teeth out yet because I had`nt finished all the antibiotics yet,he took them out anyway.It was`nt painful,he took out two backteeth on the left side and scraped the bone and stitched it up,he said there would`nt be alot of blood,WRONG! I bled for 5 hours after,wrapped saliva and blood around tissue like taffy,the freezing did`nt come out till midnight,he froze it at 3:30 in the afternoon!did`nt eat much for days afterward.
The internet and email was still down,called the cable company again,the guy told me to run some things to see if that would work,it did`nt,the weekend was here,did`nt do anything with it,called Monday night again,went through running some things again,no luck.The guy thought the modem was the problem and said to bring it in the offices and get a new one,did that yesterday,got the internet and email working again last night,one week since it went off.[img]http://www.minorannoyance.net/~spin/Smilies/cwm/alien/big.gif[/img]

Sorry to hear of your tribulations– especially the tooth part <img> Thank god I’ve never had to have a tooth pulled (knock on wood)…got both my wisdom teeth…don’t know if they’ve enhanced my wisdom though <img> Hope you’re feeling better now, and catching up on that crazy little machine that is the internet.

RosaSalami-sorry to hear about the teeth, glad yer back…swallowng sucks(or so I’ve been told)…especially when it’s blood. What’d they give ya for the pain? You should have told them Demarol every four hours would do ya nicely!
Also feeling ya on the internet stuff-we’ve had our IP address "accidently" discontinued and our modem fried…it sucks when the service goes down <img>

welcome back, palee! The teeth deal can suck, indeed. I get side effects, usually on the nervous system, from too many painkillers. As far as the shutdown, that had to stink too. Good to see you back on and posting. I’ll lean on you instead of cutting you down, how’s that <img>

Hope you`re feeling better Hans.
Next dentist appointment is in March,have a couple of cavities but after getting 2 teeth pulled fillings should`nt be a problem.
