Those 4 tracks are part of the 1993 Dinosaur Jr "Black Session" (Paris) FM recording (live in studio performance with small audience in attendance) which is presented complete on the "Nothing Much To Say" boot (which I don’t have ). There’s also a "The Black Sessions" boot CD in a silver/grey digipack (there’s also a Sebadoh releaseof the same name/type). The full setlist is:
