set time- dino jr @ orpheum?

Don’t know about the Orpheum, but I read on another board than the shows in NYC are horrendously early: Meat Pups @ 7:30 (!!!!), Dino @ 8:30, and BTS @ 10:00.

Even though I’m an old fart, I’m really not into these Early Bird Special gigs. "Back in the day," a 3-band bill in NYC wouldn’t get going until at least 10:00, and the headliner would hit the stage around 1:00. You had to be totally committed to the shows that way. These days everything’s so fluffy and Prime Time it leeches all the life out of gigs.

i think 9:30 is a good start time for a show. 9 is too early.

great show!!!! the band was fucking awesome, too bad they only played for an hour i didnt even stick around for built to spill :/
