Cnn doing a story about what is indie is so not indie.

I think it’s a silly term for silly people. Labels are only good on soup cans. That way I know what kind of soup I’m getting.

Yea that’s pretty lame but what can you do? Indie died with Pavement anyways.

At least they have a pic of Kool Keith on that front page.

EDIT: Wait, that’s Talib? Fuck this, listening to his records is like taking a standardized test.

I got a 5 out of 10. It said "Moderately down: You can certainly hang, but can you hang with the best of them? Not quite yet. Keep doing what you’re doing, though, and soon you’ll be quoting obscure movie and song lyrics in everyday life like it’s going out of style."

Oh well, it was dumb anyway.

MPAA, Scouts team up to offer an anti-piracy award. But will youths who see downloading as harmless strive for this patch?

Boy Scouts can earn badges for woodcarving, raising rabbits and firing shotguns.

But in the Los Angeles area, Scouts will now be able to earn their stripes by proselytizing about the evils of copyright piracy.

Officials with the local Boy Scouts and the Motion Picture Assn. of America on Friday unveiled the Respect Copyrights Activity Patch — emblazoned with a large circle "C" copyright sign along with a film reel and musical notes…

four out of ten, and on two of those I just guessed. I have never heard of the tv show arrested development I thought it was a trick question, I thought they were some music thing, I don’t know who directs music videos, Sure Austin is nice for the music but not my first choice
                              of a "Vacation".

I think indie means four track home recording for 7 on 7 spaghetti eating recording artists. :P :(
