I’m not sure if you refering to my post, or the article that Jayne quoted which says that Lou will be playing guitar. Maybe both

Either way, I totally agree that a Fog show would be cool.May 5, 2005 at 9:35 am #109128A bass is a guitar.
May 5, 2005 at 9:44 am #109129Yes, but it’s a bass guitar, not just a guitar. But perhaps the actual phrasing is different in english and norwegian, making the "lou’s guitar" part seem strange and funny to me, and no one else.
May 6, 2005 at 8:34 am #109130Well, I’m sure he meant "bass" guitar.

As for this Chicago show, why would the Fog play if Dinosaur Jr is playing? I would say that I can’t see Dave doing 2 shows in one day, but he’s done it before so I’ll bite my tongue there. But still. Either way, I am considering going to this. Too many of my favs in one place…Dino Jr, Panic, Pixies, Drive-By Truckers…I’m sure there are others. Plus, I used to live there…
I think I have figured out who FastEddyClarke is…that being said, he will definitely meet anyone (in the schoolyard) in ATL for a fight. He’s twisted.
May 6, 2005 at 3:43 pm #109131You’re next Jayne. I’ll fight you and Stefka at the same time.
I think Lollapalooza is way too big for any informal jams to take place, and I think that WP and Dinosaur will be too busy doing their own tours for them to drop what they’re doing and jam at some club. Too much equipment, too much trouble.
Besides, the Fog would just make Lou and Murph laugh.

May 6, 2005 at 4:58 pm #109134Don’t forget Fastway, man. That was my finest hour.
May 9, 2005 at 11:43 am #109135FastEddyClarke…I think I suddenly found "other plans" for Fri night now

I agree that Dino & WP will be too busy for any jams, Lollapalooza is the end of quite the string of dates for Dino, couple days later they play in Japan. Doubt we’ll see any Fog action until next year when the new disc is released, which I’m really looking forward to as well.
As for Lou & Murph laughing…

Correction: Okay, so I screwed up last week, I meant to inform y’all that Kevin Sweeney will be performing guitar tecnician duties for J. Masis, not Lou Barlow (who Plays bass, anyway) on the upcoming Dinosaur Jr. reunion tour. I have no idea what I was thinking, so please don’t ask me!
