i had not listened to dinosaur, seriously listened to an album from intro to end in about 5 years.recently made a couple mixed albums for a mate and rediscovered you re living all over me and bug for the absolute jems they are.
i ve recently been obsessed with a band called mogwai from scotland who have an understanding of pure tone and the ability to achieve this at volume.this band blows my head off in the same way j did all those years ago, with pure distortion,but maybe the dynamics are more of a key part of their thing.

Stuart from Mogwai considers J as one of his fave guitarists so it makes sense
