      This morning a spyware scan showed me a problem and asked if I wanted to delete the found additional files. When I got more information about it, the computer said an additional tool bar was attempting to be placed on our computer. I told the computer to get rid of that and now I have NO tool bar,
      not even a start button. What did I do? That will be Juan’s first question, I can see his face already. HELP ANYONE?

        Okay, he did it again, he restarted the computer and the toolbar is back. So simple………………………………………….
