rambleon, I forgot I wanted to add, Joel has been married and does have children, when we go to lunch together, he plays spot the divorce lawyer, he is just not sure if he has anything left to lose in the event of another divorce. This could be why he is getting worried. He tells me the lovin’ is good, the cooking is good, the friendship is good, we shall see.

my way of discovering dinosaur jr. isnt really wierd or funny… i had heard two J songs(in skateboarding videos, of course) but i didn’t know he was in dinosaur jr. about two years ago i saw the "ear bleeding country" CD in a used bin and since it was only 4 bucks, i thought i would buy it , because i heard they were really good. when i was paying for it, the clerk said something about J putting out a new album soon, and i was like"woah, J was in dino?! Ill be back for the rest of their cds!" THE fascinating END

Not knowing J was in Dino reminds me that I used to not know Lou was in Dino!I was into Sebadoh for months before finding out Lou was in Dino! I knew the bassist in Dino on the early records was Lou but when I heard Sebadoh on the radio no one said for the longest time that Lou Barlow was the leader of Sebadoh :!: .My knowledge came a long way since then…

WHen i was like 14 and liked wrestling my favorite wrestler Raven, used to wear dinosaur Jr t shirts, So I went to the store and bought without a sound, I liked it but i really didnt like it enough to become a huge fan, but i gave them one more chance and bought Your Living All Over me, and i was hooked from there, after that I spent a paycheck from my horrible job at the time, and got most of the Dino catalog

I was alone one waking day, walking with a friend that was telling me how he lived in the times of the old, when even ,Animal Chin did not live when all thing’s meant bang rock to rock and stick to stick. He told of an ancient tale of a great man that was to bring happiness to those that sought out eternal love for the 10 string rythym. This was to bring all peace to the land of time, and he was born the little one they called Dinosaur Jr. As I went home I found myself searching for answers to the ancient story. I dug deep in a box of my favorite cereal ,Fruity Pepples and there I found it a little plastic Dinosaur and it spoke great wisdom to all of human belief that there will be a day that I shall grow fruitfully to knowledge of a man called J. Mascis. I was unaware of his becoming and there he stood on a dusty shelf screaming for listening I picked up Little Fury Things, and it rattled a Green Mind that was tightened up, In a Jar man that sure made me Feel the Pain as I flew Sideways on the Wagon trying not to Puke and Cry, but the Thumb stuck out farther than I ever knew. So I then said What Else Is New, and he said Yeah Right I then shouted this is going to be a Throwdown and I am not going to Budge so let’s Keep the Glove ,Kracked and The Little Baby and The Leper said Forget the Swan and this is how it all began.

Is it not great how women can write of romance, perhaps men can and are interested but I am not to sure. Most of the guys my husband knows are very willing to talk about what they are doing to make money but when it comes to romance I just get a " God, I got laid last night, it was great"

Try reading Pat Conroy. One of the most notable southern novelists, his books are all bestsellers… Try Beach Music and The Prince of Tides
