:o I like… I might go see them, if they come to town. I know I’ve missed Adam Franklin.

I’ll be seeing them next Friday and Saturday. Should be nice and loud.

If they’re playing anywhere near you, and you like them even a little, you’d be crazy not to go. They’re tight as hell, the guitar tones are out of sight(as is the interplay between the guitarists), and they’re mixing up the set a lot from night to night, as you can see below.

                    San Diego:

                    For Seeking Heat
                    Sandblasted
                    99th Dream
                    The Birds
                    Duel
                    Deep Seat
                    These Times
Bring Me the Head of the Fortune Teller
                    The Hitcher
                    Never Lose that Feeling
                    Rave Down
                    Last Train to Satansville

                    Son of Mustang Ford
                    Duress

                    L.A.

                    1. For Seeking Heat
                    2. Sandblasted
                    3. The Birds
                    4. Duel
                    5. Blowin’ Cool
                    6. 99th Dream
                    7. Behind the Scenes of the Sounds & the Times
                    8. The Other Jesus
                    9. Juggernaut Rides
                    10. She’s Beside Herself
                    11. Girl on a Motorbike
                    12. Rave Down
                    13. Kill the Superheroes

                    14. Son of Mustang Ford
                    15. Duress

Between the two nights I heard most of what I could ever expect them to play, and every tune sounded flawless. It was a genuine privilege to see them. Go!!!!!!

                      I made a mistake — the first song in L.A. was ‘Sci-Flyer.’

I’ve been listening to recordings of both shows (they were up on dime within 12 hours!) ever since. Definitely the best shows I’ve seen in quite some time.

Can’t believe there’s not more love/excitement for Swervedriver on here!
